Refund policy

If MessKit isn’t what you hoped, we’ll refund you. Ask within 14 days of purchase and you’ll get your money back — no interrogation, no hoops. Telling us why is optional (though it helps us fix things).

To request a refund, email drfindley@gmail.com with the email address you purchased with (or reply to your Paddle receipt). Refunds are issued by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

One honest note: MessKit’s free tier is deliberately complete — you can scan your real Messages store, browse everything, and see exactly what the paid actions would do before paying. And if your goal is freeing iCloud storage specifically, read the caveat on the pricing page first — we put it there so you never need this page.

We reserve the right to decline refunds that show a pattern of abuse (such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles). That clause exists for fairness, not as an escape hatch — a genuine “this wasn’t for me” within 14 days is always honored.
